Hello, last year, I had a dream a man with a gun broke into my apartment. I ran out the front door and into a dark hallway. I had the chance to run into either a glass room or a closet. I ran into the glass room. He followed. I ran out the other side and before he could get out, the whole room collapsed on him. He was still alive but he dropped the gun and shot himself. I woke up and called my mother to tell her about my scary dream. 

She said, she also had a dream a man with a gun broke into her apartment. Except she was too scared to run away and he shot her. She says when she woke up (20 minutes before me by the way) she was crying and saying, "Why didn't I run?" Since we both had similar dreams, I called my sister to ask her if she had any weird dreams, but no one answered the phone. 

Oh well, I thought. Later on that day, my sister called my mother and said a man with a gun broke into her house! At first she was too scared to get up and run but she suddenly got the courage and ran out into the hall. He saw her and started to chase her. He was in the direction of the front door so she ran in the other direction. She was going to hide in the closet but changed her mind at the last minute, so she ran into the master bedroom. She ran out onto the balcony and shut the glass door. The man came running in and didn't see the glass door at all and ran right into it! He was all cut and bleeding and he dropped the gun and it went off and killed him. 

My sister said she stood there "forever" and then the phone rang (it was probably me) but she didn't answer it. Isn't that a spooky coincidence? My theory is that my mother's dream was the alternate ending since she had hers before mine.
