Strange Feelings in My House

I have lived in my new house for about 6 months and i have had these feelings that someone is watching me and following me around. I am also always cold no matter how hot it is around me when i'm inside. The felling is strongest in my room and i was just wondering if ne1 could help me to know wut this presense is.
