The Little Girl on the Stairs

Hey, im a 16 year old female and generally speaking, i think there are ghosts, i just havent seen the proof. to give sime background, we live in a wooden house thats well over 40 years old. The previous owner had 8 small children. we dont know too much of what happened there. however, sitting in the lounge room, my mother has often explained about the little girl who sits on the stairs. she's always been seen crying. However, it is right next to my bedroom door. sometimes i heard someone walking on the stairs then gentle sobs. however i have never seen her. frankly, im not afraid. im looking forward to seeing her someday. She's nothing to be scared of im sure, jsut a little girl who cries and is gracing our family with her presense.
