The Burning Man

When I was about 5 or 6 I was sitting in my living room watching my TV which was right next to a window with a perfect view of the driveway. 

I caught movement out of the corner of my eye and looked out to see a man who was on fire! I went to say something to my mom and the man stared at me and had a look of pain on his face. About 5 seconds after he was out of my view a woman came walking up my driveway with a blank expression. 

I told my mom and she told me how a man had lived up behind my house and my driveway was a street. The mans house caught fire and it was deemed unsafe for living, but he lived there anyway. He knocked down a lamp and set the house on fire and was killed by the flames and smoke. 

My mom doesn't know about the woman but she might have also died here at my house.
