I never tell anyone my experiences because I don't want them to think I'm insane!

I see spirits all the time. They are in my room at night I see them hover over me, there is usually at least two, their form is a yellow glow. When I'm at work I will see them as if they were a normal person standing there but they disappear just as fast. Sometimes it startles me because I will look to the side and do a double take because there was someone there the first time. Its as though they are letting me know that they are there but I don't know why. It scares me sometimes especially at night.
