this story is completely true. about 5 years ago i was spending the weekend at my grandmothers
house. at the time my grandmother was 76 years old. she usualy went to sleep around eight o clock which left the house to
myself. for a sixteen year old that was heaven, or so i thought. one night i invited my friend to spend the
night. we found a ouija board in the closet ,and probebly spent a good 2 hours using it before putting it
away. we had contacted a spirit from the old south. he said he was a soldier and had died in the
war. afterwards we joked with one another about which one of us moved the
planchette. i was convinced it was my friend. before we ended our game we asked for a sign to prove that we realy had talked to a
ghost. nothing happened so we put the board away. about midnight we decided to walk down to a convience store down the
street. we were only gone about ten minutes. when we returned i will never forget opening up the front door all of my grandmothers furniture was piled on top of
eachother. her big heavy sofabed was on top of the loveseat with a recliner on top of
that. we were hysterical and woke my grandmother who of course blamed us for moving rhe
furniture. needless to say i never spent another night at her house, and i never doubted the presence of ghosts
again. i will never ask for proof anyway.
