Who Are You?

I guess I"m writing this because I am really confused at what I have been experiencing. I don"t know if what I see/ feel is a ghost, spirit, angel. I don"t know if it is good or bad. I think my fear is keeping me from knowing all this.

My experiences have happened several times. There are 2 recent occurances.

What happens usually happens when I am alone. I feel some- thing strange and then I see a "shadow" type figure. I freak and it goes away. One time I had a strange feeling that someone was outside my kitchen entryway. I passed through it and dropped my coffee because something scared me.

I would love to know what is out there. I believe something is trying to "contact" me. I wish I could just relax and let it happen instead of freaking.

My mom died when I was pregnant with my first child. I named my daughter after her. We were very, very close and I wonder if she still watches over me. I wonder if what I see/ feel is her.

Thanks for hearing me out. It helps sometimes to mention this. Any advise or guesses would be nice:)
