2 Ghosts

My encounters with ghosts happened at my old house a couple of years ago. Occasionally I would see something out of the corner of my eye, like a person but when I turned around no one was ever there. There has been two encounters that have really stuck in my mind. The first happened one late afternoon. I had just walked into my room and for some reason looked out my window which is where I saw a male in about his 30's wearing a suit walk past my window. I know it was a ghost because my room was on the second floor and I could see right through him. The second one was a poltergeist. Me, my mum and my best friend were all sitting out side when suddenly the tv turned on by its self, it didn't turn on to any channel just static. Other things that have happened are the vacuum cleaner turning on by itself and when I turned my stereo on and it wasn't plug in to the wall. There have been many other occasions, too many to list.
