Balls of Light

When I was 40 I got married. I began seeing balls of white light. After a while, I noticed they seemed to come about the same regular time, before my wife would have her period. Once one of them came inside me, and it felt like another experience I posted here where I kissed a ghost. It bounced around inside me for a while, and left. After that I began to expect them. One time, one came, and it was dark. I got the feeling it meant harm to someone. It seemed to look over the edge of the bed, and did not see what it was looking for, and left. Do you have any ideas?
