Bathroom Figure

I have been reading most of the stories and I have discovered some of them familiar to mine. So, I thought I might share mine and if anyone has an explanation for it, please feel free to email me.

When I was around the age of 5 or 6. I would often sleep with my parents, being use to someone next to me my whole life. My father was at my left and my mother was at my right and I could feel both of them as I was sleeping. But suddenly I jerked my eyes open and looked up to see a figure about 6'0, wearing all black with a long over coat and some sort of hat on, travel into my parents bathroom. I was rather startled and feeled to see if both of my parents were by my side, just trying to find a simple explanation for it. As if my one of my parents got up to use the restroom. But both of them were right next to me sound asleep. After staying up for about an hour on my back facing the bathroom I dozed off, but not for long. About 15 minutes later, I jerked awake again to see the figure travel out of the bathroom and begin to walk out of the room, but stopped right in the doorway and turned and looked at me and traveled into the hall. I tried to wake my parents but they were to asleep.

After that night, I didnt see the figure again until when I was 10. Being 12, it has been 2 years and still no sighting. But when I was 10, I was sitting in the living room chatting with one of my friend, and mind you I was home alone, and I saw the figure out of the corner of my eye and I turned and looked and it was there. But quickly disappear. I freaked out and ran into my room and locked the door and waiting for my parents to return. I have had my ghostly expierences, but this one my parents didnt believe. They said I always had a good imagination and that it was probably my eyes just playing a trick on me, because it was dark. But i have a strong feeling that it wasnt my imagination or my eyes.
