I think this should be archived with ghost stories, but frankly I have no idea what it was. When I was 17, I was sitting at my computer, chatting on with my buddy Brian on Icq. I heard a scratching at the door, I thought my dog, Sam wanted in, so I went to open the door. By that time the whatever was hitting the door was hitting it hard enough to vibrate the entire wall. I was thinking: Damn, that dog really wants in. So I get to the door, and the dog is sitting in the chair by the door, inside the house. The dog was looking at the door with an expression on his face akin to "ummmm?". I looked out the window of my violently rattling front door, and there was nothing there. I was shaking and had goosebumps, I reached over a locked the door. All of the sudden it stopped, nothing. Like whatever it was was on tap and had been turned off. I guess what followed could best be described as a deafening silence. But it provided ample time to for me to find a change of drawers. I don't know what was on my front porch, and frankly, I don't want to. Well thanks for reading, and I can assure you that I wasn't under the influence of any psychotropics at the time of the event or it's transcribal here. All I know is it scared the crap outta' me. Thanks for readin'.
