Floating Ghost or Entity

I must say that by this time I've been gathering information on themes of energies, past lives, gifts, etc...

This happened one night. While sleeping I could see this spirit, ghost or something that was dressed in white, floating above my body... I must say that I've learned that while in this state or in some similar, you're able to watch everything from different perspectives at a same time, you're not restrained by your normal view... I say this because although I was sleeping, I was able to see this entity from below and from above, at the same time, like my soul was everywhere at once. Besides that, I was seeing this entity, that was scary, I wasn't scared!!! I just stood there, then this entity grabbed me by my shoulder, hurting me, I could see myself grabbing my shoulder. Even so this happened, I didn't wake up.

I guess that somehow, I was waiting for something bad to happen to me. You see, in those days I was acting in a bad manner, I guess that with that, I brought that or energy negatives and I needed to be punished... so I was just accepting it.
