Haunted Dorms/Old Hotel

I am in college and recently moved out of the dorms that I lived in for a Year. In that year my room was the center of activity for me and my friends everynight we would hangout there and talk. And everynight one of us would go to the bathroom and come out shacking because you could always see a man with ,60's type clothing on, in the bathtub just looking at you. Keep in mind the place that the dorms is used to be a hotel. Everyone at the dorms has a ghost story for the dorms. There is a ghost in one of the elevators. A couple of people have seen a guy in our cafe, he is the namesake of the cafe Myron's.
