Kids May Be Able to See Ghosts

This actually happened to a friend of mine. she was babysitting a friend, he was about 2 years old at the time. they were downstairs jumping on a matress when all of a sudden the kid ran under his plastic indoor slide, screaming at the top of his lungs. When questioned about it he said a man scared him. My friend took the kid upstairs and didn't think too much of this incedent but thats not all. About 2 weeks later she was at their house for a bbq and they were sitting downstairs when the little boy looked behind her and calmly said "The man is behind you, but its ok, he won't hurt you" My friend was just like all confused and everything and had no idea what the kid was talking about. She asked him where and the kid pointed at a bike right behind my friend and said "right behind my bike, but its ok, don't be afraid" My friend picked up the kid and brought him upstairs and on the way up he was saying "It's ok, he watches me all the time, he doesn't hurt you, only watches." I thought this was a pretty creepy storie when my friend told me it and it makes me wonder if kids can see ghosts.
