Little Red Head Girl in the Lake

when i was 12, im now 14, i went camping with my best friends at black lake in winnipeg. we were going for a hike without my dad and were up on a high high rock/cliff and we were just sitting around and fooling around and stuff. the water was soooo far down, my friend Carrie got very scared and wanted to go down, i went to follow her with Christian and Liam right behind us. i took another look at the water and saw a girl sitting on the edge of a rock down there, i ran to the very edge so oblivious to how close i was to falling off. I didnt hear my boyfriend and my friends yelling at me to back up. Everything seemed to change, i stared down at the girl and she stood and looked at me she must have been around 12 too, she had red wavy long hair and was wearing a white dress. i pushed myself even farther to the edge to see what she was doing. She suddenly jumped into the water i screamed "noooo!!!" without realizing it. i started to cry and flung myself over the edge. my friends Carrie and Liam and my boyfriend Christian ran down the cliff to the edge of the water. My arm hit a rock jutting out and it popped my shoulder out. i plunged into the icy water, i opened my eyes when i was under and saw the little red head girl staring back at me. she grabbed me by the arm that didnt get hurt i was begging to loose consciousness cuz i struck my head on the way down too. she grabbed me and swam to shore. by the time we got there i was half dead. my friends didnt see the red headed girl bring me up, but they knew something would have had too because i was unconscious and couldnt swim, they brought me to the hospital near by and i kept telling the doctors about the little red head, and one of the old nurses heard me ranting about her. later that nite as my friends were asleep in chairs and i was awake not being able to sleep cuz of the girl the nurse came to me and told me that that girl had died about 20 years before falling into that lake and hitting her head at the same spot i jumped to save her. when they found her body a ho lf an hour later she was dead. Lots have seen her ghost there, but i was the first one that had interaction with her. that is my story, thanx for reading it
