Terrified of Seeing a Ghost

Last week I went to visit my parents house. I am very spiritual according to the physic's I have visited or known. I experienced something I haven't experienced in many years since I left the family home ( I have lived in 3 houses where this has happened all brand new built by my father). I hear someone walking down the hallway, not footsteps but rather the noise you hear when your pants rub together as you walk. This is when I freeze, I try to think of something else but have no luck. I then feel it in the room, you could cut the air with a knife, I am terrified that I am going to see something as I cannot even handle this. How do I make it go away? Why has this happened to me in different houses? I know I have 6 guardian angels but this is not a friendly safe feeling it feels evil.

Does anyone know anyway I can stop this? I have always been afraid of the dark because of this and to this day I am scared if I am ever left in an empty house alone after dark.

I have been told that my family home is where my spiritual perception is at it's highest. Apparently my spiritual power is going to develop quite strongly but I do not want it to.

The first time I ever did a tarot reading for somebody I was extremely accurate, I have tarot cards but think I might throw them out now. Are they evil? I also have a pathfinder board and I used that when I was at home one day last year - very evil. This may explain the ghost in my parents house this time but not all the other times growing up.
