hi, my name is mary, i have always been interested in ghost stories though i have never seen one, i would like to share this strange event with you, a few years ago i lived in a duplex apartment, my landlord lived next door, living in this house for 13 years i have never had a ghostly experience, i can only relate this story to the death of my landlord ( a 92 year old man whom i loved dearly) and possibly the practice of meditation. about a year before his death i began to study and practice meditation, as i lay in bed one night meditating i suddenly smelled a strong perfume, i got up to check all my windows because i live at the beach where someone may be walking by my apartment and trail their perfume odor, the windows were all closed, i thought this to be strange but dismissed it, the next morning during my morning meditation i clearly heard my name being called from another room, though it scared me i had heard this happens with meditation, again i dismissed it. that morning i had packed 2 boxes of things to put in my garage and stacked them by my front door and walked out to get in my car to go to work, i had forgot something and went back to the door and could not get in, the boxes were jamming the door, i had to go through the bathroom window to get back in the house, when i got in i looked at the boxes still stacked but shoved tight against the door. this was all very strange to me, but that is my story interesting or not it is very very true
