What Is Going On?

I am thirteen and have lived in my house for almost ten years, I have had a few encounters when I was younger that I could reason with, but I never really stopped and counted all of the things that happened to me until lately.

When I was little I had a bunk bed and even though I always slept on the top bunk I would occasionally wake up on the bottom bunk. I dismissed this thinking that I was only sleep-walking (even though I never have). On my 11th birthday I awoke early in the morning and heard my brother say "Happy Birthday" but when I looked over my bunk to say thanks, no one was there. He denies that he did it. Also sometimes just before I fall asleep I hear a deep voice saying things such as hello in a menacing way. Several times I would also awaken to my bed shaking, but I told myself it was just a dream. So to prove this to myself I wore a necklace one night and in my "dream" I could feel the necklace around my neck! I never dream in detail so I don't know hy this happened!

Lately I have had an uncomfortable feeling in my room and have seen things out of the corner of my eye. Once when I was brushing my teeth (my bathroom is next to my bedroom), I heard a small crash and a CD case that I had left on my desk face down was now on my dresser face up. I am happy to say that the uncomfortable feeling left about two days ago, but I have a feeling that it will be back. I am scared and don't know what is going on.
