OOBE: Flyin Up and Away

One night when I was sound asleep next to my Husband I had the sensation of lifting up and out of my body. I flew to the ceiling and then down the hallway. I remember thinking I was not scared and how peaceful I felt. I flew into our Kitchen still hovering close to the ceiling and just looked around. I could see everything down to a toy my son had left laying on the floor. I remember wanting to stay up in the air and wanting to fly further but all of a sudden I jumped back into my body and woke up choking. I then became scared thinking that maybe I had been close to death. I'm not sure what went on and I have only flown one other time and that was voluntary on my part. But I have longed for the peace of that experience.
