My family had just moved to a small city in Wisconsin. I was in 3rd grade. One day, I started a conversation with a brown haired boy. I said to him, "I bet I can beat you to the school bus"! He said "NO YOU CAN'T! I said, Yes I can! And I started racing him to the bus. I was laughing and running at the same time. I thought he was laughing with me.

He wasn't. Instead he caught up to me, and pushed me to the ground. He slammed my head against the pavement. He was on top of me slamming my head against the black top. For some reason; it did not hurt. I found myself floating above my body and his.

I saw the ager in his face, and the thought were coming through his mind. I realized his father made fun of him. Called him a loser. Hurt him. Abused him. I heard his thoughts.

AND suddenly the anger stopped. He got up off of me, and left. I'm not sure what happened next- except I did find myself proped up against a window on the bus crying.

I'm not sure how I got there. I DO KNOW that a couple months later, my mom pointed out to me that the brown-haired boy and mother separated from the father/husband due to abuse. I saw his mothers arms and they were burned really badly.

Well, that's all for now. I have had two other out of body experices but I consider this one to be the worst of the three.
