OOBE or Maybe Remembering a Past Life?

Hi! My name's Carolyn, and I'm 15. Many years ago, I had a dream that my family and I were inner tubing down this weird system of a water fall. It was like steps, and it looked kind of like this:

(with each circle being one of the places the water hit.) and the walls of each "step" were actually circular, made of rock. 

I thought nothing of it, until on December 28th, 1999, I was looking at this issue of photography magazine that my mom bought for me at a yard sale. I was flipping through, and I saw a picture of the waterfall in my dream!!!!! I started freaking out! I thought that maybe it was a place that I had been in my childhood, but I looked at the article, and it stated that the water fall was in Bend, Oregon. 

I've lived in San Diego all my life, and the only time I've ever been to Oregon was about2 years ago, and I had the dream before we went there. 

Another weird addition to the story is that in my dream, we were inner tubing down the waterfall, and in the picture, there are people kayaking down it!!

I don't know what to classify my story as, does anyone know what the heck happened to me?!
