It was July 5th 1994, I was giving birth to my second daughter. I had a c section, I was under general anesthesia. Not long after been given the anesthesia, I awoke, I thought to myself, that was fast, and it did not hurt, I was glad it was over. Then I felt a hot sharp stinging pain in my abdomen, it was the scalpel, I was awake! I could not move, I only could think, oh god I feel that, oh god it hurts! I could not speak. The pain became intense, I thought I was going to die. I felt the doctor pull what felt like my insides out, I felt as though I was being gutted, It hurt so bad. Just when I thought I could no longer take the pain I left my body. I was now beside my body across the room watching me. I was strapped to the table arms out, my tongue was hanging out of my mouth, I thought I was dead. I looked at the doctor and a nurse reach deep inside of my abdomen to pull out the baby, I then left the room.
