For the past 4 years now I have been experiencing strange Out of body experiences.

I am not asleep, but with my eyes closed and my body relaxed in bed. I start to spin and travel as in a tunnel, at a tremendous speed.

The last and the most bazaar was last night, when going through this, so called tunnel. I seemed to have come out of the other end. I could hear the voices of my late dad and recently my late mother in the background.

Then, as these passed by I felt myself rising above myself and smashing through the window, finally floating above the ground for what seemed an age, then quite quickly plummeting towards the ground. And just before I hit the deck I slowed down completely to land softly on the ground.

This is where I came to and awoke!

Can someone please tell me what's happening to me...
