Visited by Death?

I am assuming this was an OOBE, but I am quite unsure. During my Junior year of college, I had a small apartment to myself. Many strange things happened throughout the school year in that place, but the strangest occurred in the spring, right before I was getting ready to move out.

I was completely and undoubtedly asleep when I awoke to find my body completely paralyzed, with my right arm over my head. Standing at the foot of my was a dark figure outlined wearing a cape around his head. I looked at the figure as he held his arms over my body. I tried over and over again to move my legs, my right arm, and my head, but I absolutely could not. All I could do was open my eyes larger. It remained standing there. when I heard a voice, asking me questions about my faith in God. After what seemed like a few minutes, I screamed out in prayer and suddenly I sat straight up in bed, blinked my eyes and the figure was gone. I had put the experience out of my mind until now.
