I have been reading for quite some time now about people wondering how to communicate with their Spirit Guides /Guardian Angels.
Mine came to me when I was 7 years old what I call the Annunciation because they appeared to me in my bed room one night, they sort of had a human form, and yet did not, a misty bright white light with an outline of a human form within the light, I was scared, the told me telepathically not to be afraid and suddenly I was not.
They told me that I am never alone and they never leave me there are two of them that seem to speak with one voice. Ever since that day, I have ALWAYS FELT their presence behind me or on my shoulders. I have always communicated telepathically with them and they with me.
I just talk like I talk to anyone else. though telepathically. I am NOT saying that I am telepathic, it just seems to be so with them, there have been times through life where I have had a supervisor or my Dr. glare at me because I have actually answered questions before they were asked.
For me it has always been this way, I just talk in my mind with the Angels/Spirit Guides. This is why I find it interesting to see the difficulties others have I have always taken for granted that it is the same for everyone as it has been for me.
Now I will also add here that in all the 43 years since they came to me, it has never occured to me that I should ask what their names are or if they have one, I call them the "Guys" however I distinctly feel that they have no sex, they are neither male nor female.
I love reading all the differing accounts on this site.
