We didn't have an outage yet, but I'm not holding my breath. Got hit with a nasty thunderstorm last night that ripped off the felt the roofers had up, necessitating them to come out last night to patch.
Had rain pouring into the 2 demo'd bedrooms, running down walls and seeping along baseboards. It even rained in the basement from the floors above. Insulation all wet in the basement and lots of joints along the upstairs ceilings wet.
We were here when it hit, winds were clocked at 50 mph. Broke the remainder of the rose trellis, blew the cover off the outside cable box, moved a porch swing, tore tyvek off the neighbor's house.
We vacuumed up standing water in the rooms and moved stuff out of closets and away from walls.
Have I mentioned we are inline for more bad weather today?
I am soooooo sick of this.
