Hi Sebii.
An OBE is when you are aware that you have left your body, you will see your shell (Body) whilst being conscious of yourself at the same time (Spirit), e.g., you might float around the room whilst your body is lying in bed, another dimension within the dimension we live in everyday life.

Lucid dreaming, seems to be a dimension on its own where everything is clear and you can be in control of your actions, when the dream has ended, you wake up back in reality.
With an OBE, your in reality whilst being aware of things happening in this reality, you don’t really wake up from an OBE because your already conscious or aware of what’s going on around you, it’s when what seems paranormal leaves your reality that things go back to normal.

Astral projection suddenly appears and you become aware that you are somewhere else other than the reality that you know, it’s like you are going along with the journey, but not necessarily in control of where you are going, although those who have mastered astral projection can be in control.

I am a deep sleeper and I often use lavender in the house. I often wear headphones (sleep phones) with binaural beats when falling asleep. I just guess I'm a slow learner.  :happy0039:

Dreaming and the like is only one of many roads to power. It may not be for you. Don't focus so much on oobe's that your pigeon hold yourself. Go out in the woods and feel your way around, and see what you find.
Let it be known, that in this predatorial universe, I will not be Prey.

Good one Dean, be at one with your surroundings, it's being at one that connects you with the energy you are already a part of (The big picture) everything is connected...

Thanks Sebii, for pointing this thread out to me.  Thank's Dean & Rudy again for all the helpful input.

I believe I had the very beginnings of a Lucid Dream two mornings ago.  It probably lasted for 15 minutes.  You will see in a different thread that some odd things have happened since.  I'd love to get your input on it.

People are so funny who call themselves "expert". It is a bit like calling yourself "sexy". You don't do it.
