Just had an OOBE last night

I've just begun looking into Astral Projection and OOBE's and tried inducing sleep paralysis last night. I fell asleep as normal and woke up around 5am in the morning I got a drink and headed back to bed. This time as I went back to sleep I felt the vibrations as described in the various articles I've read. I was able to pull my astral body out of my physical body and found myself floating above my bed. I was scared at the time but I continued towards the wall thinking I could go though it, however halfway through the wall where there's just darkness I panicked and woke myself back up. Going back to sleep again I felt the same vibrations and pulled myself out again. This time I found myself on a beach during the day. Also the people around me were unaware of my presence and speaking either French or German. (I'm not sure if I had slipped into a lucid dream at this point or not) I was scared and I closed my eyes and held my hand in the air and asked for help. I felt a sensation where something grabbed my hand and swept me to a strange house and the other people there were also people who were astral projections and were conversing as if it was a meeting house of some sort. I met a woman and as I'm typing this I cant remember everything she said but she said I was the 113th member that made it here.


If anyone has any input on what I can make of this I'd appreciate it.

I was able to replicate my OOBE again this time I made it into another room of the house. I woke up shortly after. Trying again I guess I slipped into another lucid dream. I'm thinking maybe I don't have enough energy to project twice in a night and end up in a dream. This time I ended up having a fist fight with a demon/devil thing so I'm sure it was a dream. This probably means that the second experience from my first night was also a dream.

There are ways to check if you are having a lucid dream and to "reality" check.

If you're scared, you need to deal with that first, before projecting. Correct spritual preparation (cleansing fear, hate, etc.) will help you project to places of pure beauty and love. Good luck and keep us posted!
