Something comes to visit me at night Demon maybe?

(1/1)

Peter:
Almost every morning I wake up at the exact same time 01H22 - 01H30. I am lying in bed and I feel heavy. I can move, but it takes a lot of effort. Like someone is pulling me down even though I cannot feel any hands on me. It really feels like gravity has increased for me. I go am always sweating and I feel can feel my heart beat inside my chest. I don't feel any pain. I am always lying on my side face down.
When I turn my head enough to see what is going on in my room it goes away. The one day I could swear I heard a faint voice. I Thought to myself, that this could not be happening and that it is not real. I told myself that there is nothing in there with me. When I was done with that thought I could swear I heard a voice whisper ''..and if I was?''  Fear turned to anger and it dissapeared. I hate feeling helpless or held down.
Anyway, I went to the GP and he sent me to a neuroligist. They tell me it is propebly a state of R.E.M where the brain is awake, but the body is not functioning yet. I just can't get that voice out of my head and it still happens at least once every 2 weeks or so. The voice isn't always there though.
Am I crazy or is there more people out there that this is happening to? I would really appreciate some reply's

Sounds like sleep paralysis to me. You can read all about it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sleep_paralysis

As for the voices, they could be a "left over" memory from your dreaming. Otherwise, your semi-lucid dream may have briefly attracted some entity to you. Have you ever attempted astral projection?
