Electronic Ouija board
« on: April 19, 2007, 08:03:29 pm »
Has any one ever heard of one or used one?

Tell us about if you have. How is it different from the old fashioned version? Do you think it's more accurate?

I'm going to take a peek around the 'net and see what I can find about electric ouija boards. I'd never heard of them before today!

I completely discourage the use of Ouija boards... but I would be super skeptical of an electronic one... circuit boards and processors can be set up to do almost anything.... Do you think it would higher possibility of being set up than a conventional board?

I read about the electronic ones somewhere, but I can't remember now where that was. I think it was some investigative site and that they preferred them. Even though I searched a brief bit online for them, I didn't really come up with anything.

I would think it would be rather suspect. I guess that is what made me curious. I didn't even run across a picture of one.

Question for paranormal explorers

I've never heard of anyone dying from using a ouija board...so why not use one?  after all...arn't you looking for spirits dangerous or not?  Dabbling in the unknown is already what you and I are already doing.  So without any religious bias...what's the difference between a bad/evil spirit opposed to a demon?  I can understand that no one really wants to invite unwanted spirits, but to some degree doesn't that come with the territory?  i've heard of chairs to people being thrown....so peeps!!  GET A CAM CORDER AND GET IT ON FILM!
I'm well aware of the dangers involved with these things, but you can't refute that these offer readily "paranormal" occurances instead of visiting that haunted location and recording something that may or may not occur.  Call me a hypocrite, but i refuse to use one  out of fear of ghosts in general.  This portal which is opened perhaps only exists on another plain than ghosts.  I mean for truly evil spirits to exist (lets call them demons)...would you want to be stuck in a realm where your subjected to these powerful entities when you die?  This would be like living as prey in a world full of things that want to eat you.

1) Other than fear, my reasons for NOT dabbling with ouija boards is because whatever these spirits say can't be taken as FACT like most people believe when they make contact.
2) There are inconsistancies of information given.  Example: Woman who died in old apartment gave a name time of death through ouija board.  Her files could be traced to an actual tenant residing there at one time.  Further prodding led to a CONFESSION that this "woman" was indeed a demon.
(People do your research and don't always believe what you hear...just because you find a name, cause of death etc doesn't necessarily mean your talking to the actual person!)
Every time I look in the mirror, an a$$hole keeps staring at me
