my near death experience happened last year. i was sleeping and my cat came and decided to sleep on my face. =/ i couldn't breath and i was just dreaming that i was a austronouat in outerspace and i took my helmet thingy off. rite as i was supposed to die my mom came and took my cat off nad woke me up tp c if i was ok. she saved my life and to her i am really thankful. kinda mad at my cat though. lol but rite before i was gonna die, i didn't c any wite light or anything...i was just an ausrtaunut. lol

Wow! Sometimes people don't have the white light experience. The research shows that many people do, but not all. Not everyone has an exact same experience.

im not for sure that you actually were dying at that point...i perceive a NDE as being dead and then coming back. Its like saying, i almost hit a telephone pole while out driving but didnt. But I do think that you were asleep and your body was registering that you werent getting enough oxygen and that related to your dream somehow. Unless you were actually dead, no pulse, respiration or anything and your mom had to do cpr to bring you back, that you wouldnt see a white light as it didnt get that far.

I have never seen a white light, dont remember that, but I do know it is almost universal to see the white light. I however, always see bridges. Its as if I am crossing a bridge to the other side. People's experiences are just different, but they are always interesting. I have the website as soon as I can learn to post them, I will post if I dont get into trouble, they are of different peoples NDE's, but all of them are quite fascinating, there's alot of them and I have to admit, I havent gotten around to reading all of them, although I did post mine, it hasnt been posted yet.

My only near-death experience was on the road. My mom was driving, sister in the frotn seat, my aunt and I in the back seats. A drunk driver hit us and we where on a ramp above about three other ramps...? You can guess how high that was and we were on the left lane... could've died that night. Anyways, when the car hit us and we were drifting to the left about to fall with the car and all my mind just went all blank. I had no flashbacks or anything or see a "white light" I was just somehow unconcious... yet not. After that I snapped out of it because my aunt was shaking me, my mom was chasing the car to take write down it's plate thingy magingy... and yea.... Very traumatizing. It was also just a few months after I came to U.S. in 6th grade. Hmm. I was already scared of cars by then. It was unbelievable how my mom managed to somehow make the car not fall off... we have no idea how she did it, but she did it... she has no idea either. She said something took over her and that's how she saved us all back then. ;o W00t!
